Reflex Gym was established in March 2007 by owner Herbie Chiang.

Re-Flex Gym has been totally refurbished with Powerzone weights machines.We have changing rooms and shower facilitys for both Male and Females. We have over 5000kgs of free weights with our dumbbells going up to 80kgs.We have also put in a second floor for all our cardio equipment including vibro plates and punch bags.Re-Flex Gym also has a fully stocked supplement shop with a full range of all leading brands of proteins,weight gainers,creatines and much more including a range of fat burners. Re-Flex Gym has a number of the best Bodybuilders in the UK and indeed the World as members and we also have a number of Irish,European and World Champion Powerlifters as members.
