Re-Flex gym had a very successful year with its members doing well on the bodybuilding stages. Member Mark Getty won class 1 and the overall nabba Mr.N.Ireland in April 2011. Re-Flex owner Herbie Chiang Won the nabba Mr.N.Ireland Masters 2011. We then went to the nabba Mr.Britain show in Southport in May 2011 in which Mark Getty won Mr.Britain class1 and Herbie Chiang placing 5th in the masters class. Bodybuilder Tony Mount sponsored by and member of Re-Flex Gym has just won Mr.Universe class 3 in Southport against the best in the World. Tony along with Re-Flex member Mark Getty and Re-Flex owner Herbie Chiang will be representing N.Ireland in the Mr. World compitition which will be held in Dublin next year on the 16th june 2012. Another of our members Nero has just won the World Powerlifting Champioships which were held in Limerick on 14th Nov 2011 breaking three World Records in the process. This is the 3rd time Nero has won the World title.
